Processing & Shipping Times

Orders received and paid for by 2:00 PM (CET) are usually handed over to DHL on the same day .

Orders received after 2 PM will be shipped the following day .

Shipping days: Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Note: As soon as your package has been handed over to DHL, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

All prices are in euros (€). Any cash on delivery, customs or import duties are not included (see section "Customs & Taxes").

These costs are levied by the local authorities and must be borne by you as the recipient. We have no influence on the amount of these charges and do not receive any advance information about them.

Tracking & Delivery

After shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number . Please note that tracking will only become active once the package has been scanned in the DHL system.

Undeliverable shipments & address errors

Packages returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery may be resent. The resulting costs (reshipping fees) will be borne by the recipient.
