Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Coziness, c/o Philipp Khodaverdi, Maastrichter Str. 49, 50672 Cologne, Germany, return@coziness.eu, Telephone: +491633790536) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back in new and unworn condition or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us in new and unworn condition without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning.
