🔁 Start a return online

1. Go to account.coziness.eu or click the profile icon in the menu.
2. Log in with your email address and enter the 6-digit code sent to your inbox.
3. Select your order and click “Request return”.
4. Select the items & reason, then submit your request.
5. We’ll review and email you the return instructions.

📌 Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer.
• No restocking fees.
