Request a return online

   Visit account.coziness.eu or click on the profile icon in the menu.

   Log in

   Log in with your email address and enter the 6-digit code from the confirmation email.

   Request a return

   Select the relevant order and click on "Request return" .

   Select item

   Select the items and the reason for the return, and submit your request.

   Information via email

   We will review your application and send you all the information about the return via email.

   You can return the item even before we confirm receipt , as long as the 30-day return period hasn't expired and the item is unworn . Please include your order confirmation or a note with your order number .

Return policy

• Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt.

• Items must be in mint condition, unworn and in their original packaging .

• Return shipping is at your own expense .

• No return fee (no restocking fee).
