   Visit account.coziness.eu or click on the profile icon in the menu.

   Log in

   Log in with your email and enter the six-digit code from the confirmation email.

   Request a return

   Select the relevant order and click on "Request return" .

   Select item

   Select the desired items & optionally the reason for return and submit your request.

   Information via email

   We are reviewing your request and will send you all return information by email. You can also return the item before our confirmation, as long as you adhere to the 30-day deadline and the item is unworn. Please include your order confirmation or a note with your order number.

Return policy

• Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt of goods

• Items must be in new condition, unworn, and in their original packaging

• The return shipment is at the buyer's expense

• No return or processing fee
