30-day period after receipt of goods — we grant you an additional 16 days beyond the statutory 14-day period.
Please return the goods ideally unused and in original condition, including all tags, labels, and original packaging.
In case of loss of value due to improper handling, we may claim deductions according to § 357a BGB.
As the buyer, you bear the return shipping costs.
